In 1946, Masahiko Fuketa design the Nikon One. The design was taken from the model Contax II ( 1936 ) from Zeiss Ikon.
This model belonged to the EE.UU Armed Forces, carries a fast 1:1,4 5cm coated lens, with a UV filter manufactured for Nikkor by Walz. The total production was 35.127 cameras, from 1951 to 1954, a beautifull example of Japan tecnology.
